In August 2025, I suffered a sprain and was treated by Dr. Felipe in the emergency room. His level of care and attention was exceptional. That day and in the days that followed, he was always available and provided top-notch service. I must mention his honesty; he was mindful of my budget, always prioritizing my health. I should also add that he is incredibly respectful, empathetic, and ethical. Given his experience and the quality of care he provided, we decided to continue with him for a family member's knee surgery, and it was the best decision we could have made. I highly recommend him.

It's strange that he's gotten 10 new reviews in the last 7 days. All of them positive. You might be creating fake accounts to change his rating. How unethical! Look at the negative reviews. That'll show you what kind of doctor he really is. I had a bad appointment with this doctor; I don't think he really cares about his patients. He really needs to improve his practice and stop treating patients like they're just a source of money. Don't go to him if you value your time and don't want to spend double because of his terrible treatment.

This "doctor" treated me terribly; this guy is dishonest. As recent reviews have mentioned, he never responds and doesn't answer your questions or provide a diagnosis based on your results. Basically, you pay him for an X-ray, and he gives you an incorrect diagnosis. The consultation lasts about five minutes. This is medical negligence, and its seriousness should not be underestimated. Highly unethical.

My first impression of Dr. Felipe de Santos was positive. During the consultation, he communicated well, treated me with respect, and even ordered tests to better understand my situation. I was very clear from the beginning about the medical problem I was seeking treatment for, and at that time he told me he could see me. However, my subsequent experience was not satisfactory. After having the tests he ordered and sharing the results via message—as instructed—I received no response. I wrote again to follow up, considering that as a patient I trusted his support, but again I received no reply. My opinion is negative because I felt there was no follow-up and that the lack of response left me uncertain about my health. For me, the least he could have done was communicate whether my case was not of interest to him or if I should see another specialist. I believe that, in medical practice, communication and human sensitivity are essential, and in my personal experience, these were not the case.
