My experience with Dr. Kochol was extraordinary. His kindness and level of detail in consultations combined with his talent, experience, and knowledge during surgery far exceeded my expectations! My case was complex: severe septal deviation, radix, hump, thick skin, all to correct and yet only 10 days after surgery I breathe better than ever and the aesthetic results are unsurpassable. You can see that he is a person highly committed to his work, his team of people both inside and outside the operating room is extraordinary. The office and the Arauz institute where he operates are world-class.

My experience was not good. I didn't find it professional that during the consultation, the doctor asked me what I did for a living, and I felt that this information could influence how much he was going to charge me. This made me very uncomfortable and distrustful. From a healthcare professional, I expect transparency, sound medical judgment, and equal treatment for all patients, regardless of their job or financial situation. In my case, the care I received didn't inspire seriousness or confidence, so I wouldn't recommend him.
