I went to see Dr. Hope because of his excellent reviews, but unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. During the appointment, the doctor cleaned my ear, and the next day, I started bleeding. I've had ear problems for a long time and have seen ENT specialists in different parts of the world, but I'd never experienced anything like this. During the cleaning, a large plug of dead skin was removed; however, the next day my ear was worse than before the appointment, and I started experiencing tinnitus. When I told the doctor that my condition had worsened and asked if the next appointment would cost the same, he said he would charge me $300 pesos less. His answer didn't inspire confidence. Later, I went to another specialist, Dr. Erika, at the Cuernavaca Medical Tower, who gave me a correct diagnosis and helped me improve considerably. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Hope's care.

I went in because I wasn't hearing very well in my left ear. The doctor examined me thoroughly and showed me I had earwax buildup. He removed it very carefully, but the procedure was quick and safe! Afterward, he took the time to answer my questions about why it was there and gave me some medical recommendations! He was very kind and welcoming.

Bad experience, I don't recommend it at all. They didn't even take my dad's blood pressure. With the symptoms he was having, my dad had to tell the doctor it wasn't COVID, and he tested positive. The doctor refused to prescribe anything and told us to go to a pulmonologist. Terrible. Don't go there for that; you're better off going to Similares (a pharmacy chain) and spending 1,500 pesos on a consultation.
