I was seen 30 minutes later, which is understandable since sometimes the previous patient arrives late. While being attended to, I felt the whole time that he was in a hurry to leave. The examination was TERRIBLE, poorly done and rushed. He didn't even take my temperature even though I told him I felt "strange" when he asked if I had a fever ¿? I had to wait until I got home to check with my thermometer, and yes I had a fever (38.4ºC). I had to seek a second opinion where my diagnosis was different: Bronchitis, (infection). They prescribed me antibiotics. And to top it off, I had to pay $60 extra for card processing (they notify you after you schedule), which PROFECO itself declares as bad practices. I do not recommend her at all. He did everything quickly, without any detail or care. I just threw my money away.

I didn't improve 100%. I took my treatment properly (antibiotic). I wrote to the doctor to say that I wasn't noticing improvement and her WhatsApp messages aren't getting through to her, and the app takes a long time to respond. I wrote to her again to tell her that I didn't improve 100% after finishing the antibiotic and I got no response. Today I went to another doctor, and he told me my bronchi were very inflamed, he prescribed me another antibiotic, and other medications. The building's elevator doesn't work. And finally, she charges you a commission for paying by card, which should be a service provided by the doctor, not an expense I should have to bear. I had read the reviews, but I'm leaving this anyway so you take precautions.
