Dr. Lorena was recommended by multiple other people to me and she did my nose because I could not breathe well while sleeping and was snoring. And she also did my upper and lower eyelids. 3 months later. Everything looked really great and now a year later everything looks fantastic. She is a utmost professional who speaks full in English and is dedicated to her patients. I can't recommend her enough!

She treated me like a child scolding me for arriving late to the appointment, even when I tried to explain it was due to work reasons. She would have punished me by charging for the consultation and delay time, and then changed her mind, but the charge was excessive for cauterizing a vein in my son plus the consultation. Upon entering her office, she didn't even look up to greet me. Since I made the appointment through WhatsApp, I felt the treatment was very rude and not gentle at all.
