It was excellent! I arrived at the appointment with terrible back pain, I couldn't stand up straight normally and had to be hunched over, whether I was standing, sitting or lying down. Diana examined me and explained that I had inflamed joints and muscles, she explained what she was going to do during the appointment and how that was going to help me. I had a lot of pain and worry when I first came to see Diana and she put me at ease very quickly. After the first session, I felt a lot better after three I felt very confident and able to get around very freely. During my visits I was given attention to detail and I appreciate that the exercises that I was given to perform at home were achievable and impactful without taking a lot of extra time. I feel very comfortable visiting Diana and am inspired to do more movement to take care of my flexibility and strength moving forward.
