I firmly believe that physiotherapy should help you understand your body, not just relieve pain. That's why, in each session, I explain the origin of the problem and teach you specific exercises to help you progress faster.
I also perform functional movement assessments for injury prevention and progressive strengthening programs according to your goals (sports performance, mobility, or post-surgical recovery).
