Hysteroscopy in heterotopic pregnancy in Mexico

Hysteroscopy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure where a thin telescope is inserted through the cervix to visualize the inside of the uterus. In heterotopic pregnancy, this procedure may be used to diagnose or manage a pregnancy where one embryo is developing inside the uterus while another is implanting outside it, typically in the fallopian tube.
