Operative hysteroscopy in Mexico

Operative hysteroscopy is a surgical procedure in which a thin instrument called a hysteroscope is inserted through the cervix into the uterus to diagnose and treat various uterine conditions. The procedure allows the surgeon to visualize the inside of the uterus and perform corrective treatments such as removing fibroids, polyps, or scar tissue.
