I am a psychiatrist specializing in stress, grief, anxiety, and mood disorders. I support people experiencing emotional distress in relieving symptoms and restoring emotional stability. I believe in a psychiatry that listens, explains, and accompanies. Relief begins when the person understands what is happening to them and feels that there is a clear plan. I work with evidence-based medicine, integrating psychopharmacology when indicated and comprehensive psychotherapy, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), addressing the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects in an articulated manner. My approach values the importance of working at each level from a deep and coordinated understanding, recognizing how they influence one another and how they impact emotional well-being. My purpose is to bring you back to life and accompany a sustained process of emotional recovery. Adult Psychiatry Specialist Physician.
