Psychiatry and psychology combined in one person and in one therapy, because I am convinced that allopathic medicine must return to its roots of the "family doctor." In this approach, the psychiatrist not only prescribes medication, but also understands the psychological background of the person, and the psychologist is aware of their overall situation. Looking back, I feel immense satisfaction for having accompanied many people in achieving what they believed was impossible. Knowing that I was part of that process — offering a helping hand, a word of support, and specific strategies to reach their goals — fills me with pride. I have also seen people who faced an existential void and persistent anguish find their way back, by honoring their passions and learning to accept themselves as they are. Sometimes it feels like a bottomless pit where one sinks deeper and deeper, but you have my hand, ready to reach out and help you break free from that vicious cycle we have grown so unhealthily accustomed to. You can be and feel better, always. Perhaps my most unconventional offering — and one that I truly love — is my multifaceted training. I am qualified in psychology, psychiatry, and nutrition, with a special focus on eating disorders. In addition, I have worked extensively with neurodivergent individuals, from the perspective of neurodiversity and respect for differences.

I am very satisfied with the care I received from the doctor. She listens carefully and with all the patience necessary for these cases. The best thing, in my opinion, is not feeling rushed, as usually happens in this type of care. Feeling heard and treated humanely is a very important plus, in addition to, of course, her medical expertise in the case. Thank you very much.

It had been a long time since I had a check-up with a doctor regarding my mental health. I went with the intention of suspecting I might have ADHD, and with a lot of nervousness about being judged, and the truth is she gave me peace of mind. She is human, committed, and has a lot of vocation. I highly recommend her.

It was an emergency consultation for a complex case for my mom, who was experiencing very strong suicidal ideation. She took the necessary time. She was with her for as long as necessary. She acted as a psychiatrist but you can also notice her training as a psychologist. It makes a difference that she has a double degree. She spent two hours until she managed to get her out of the loop and gave us both the prescriptions to start psychiatric treatment and warning signs to call her again, an emergency phone number for anything and the recommendation that she continue both psychotherapeutic and psychiatric treatment for her depression. It was a home visit and she came at the moment when it was necessary.
