Electrofulguration of anal margin condylomas in operating room in Mexico

Electrofulguration is a surgical technique that uses electrical current to burn and destroy anal condylomas, which are wart-like growths caused by human papillomavirus infection located at the anal margin. This procedure is performed in an operating room under appropriate anesthesia to remove these lesions.
